Ricotta is made from whey which is re-boiled (in Italian: ri-cotta). Ricotta is used as a pasta filling, in desserts and as an added ingredient to enhance dishes. Swiss Premium AG provides a range of ricottas and packaging, according to customers’ wishes.

Zutaten: pasteurized Swiss whey, pasteurized Swiss skimmed milk, pasteurized Swiss fermented cream, citric acid and non-iodized salt
